Imposes safety and disclosure obligations on operators of AI companion platforms in Pennsylvania. Requires AI identity disclosure when a reasonable person could be misled, with stricter unconditional disclosure and periodic reminders for users known or reasonably suspected to be minors. Mandates operators maintain and publish protocols to prevent suicidal ideation, self-harm, and violence-encouraging content, including crisis referral notifications. Requires operators to prevent AI companions from producing sexually explicit content to minors and to disclose suitability limitations when services are offered to known minors. Enforced exclusively by the Attorney General with civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation. The act does not apply to underlying AI models unless directly offered or deployed as an AI companion.
